I have placed an order but not received any confirmation email.
If you have not received your confirmation e-mail within one hour after your purchase and if you can’t find it in your spam folder, please contact our support using our contact form.
Can I cancel or remove items from an order I just placed?
If your order has not been processed and shipped, you will be able to change or remove items from your order. Please use our Contact form for further assistance.
Have my order been shipped out?
When the package is ready for shipping you will get another email with your tracking number within 3 days from placing your order. Don’t forget to check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us by filling out the form below.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
We strive to send your order within 3 business days. As soon as your order have been shipped, the order will be delivered within 1-15 business days depending on your location.
How do I return my order?
You have the right to return or exchange you order within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us and we will send you a return slip by email or the return address (depending on your location).

How do I know which size to order?
Generally we would say our clothes are true to size, but we have a size chart if you would like to have more of a guideline. If you are still unsure and between sizes, don’t hesitate to contact us as t can differ between the different clothes if we recommend going up or down a size.
How do I wash my Unapolegetic clothes?
Wash your clothes inside-out, 30 degrees with no softener or bleaching and let them air-dry.
